Flower Folk - Rose

Rose
6x8 inches
Coloured pencils on drafting film

Rose can be a bit of a Prima Donna - she is beautiful when handled with care, but get on her wrong side and you may experience her thorny side!

I think Rose and I share a thorny side! Would that I had her beauty! She too is lovely, Karen. My goodness but these seem like these would sell as a collection, almost become a trademark. They are that cute and that distinctive! I never see a flaw in your work, Karen. Ever. Every piece is beautiful.

Oh Sherry - your comments are music to my soul!! I honestly have no idea what to do with these characters, except that I have the urge to keep creating and see what happens from there. I would love to see them in a collection somewhere - I just don't know where!?! :)

Thank you so much Sam - I'm having fun anyway, even if they don't come to anything! :)
